EVOLVE Academy offers Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Primal Skills Fitness and Personal Defense Systems to adults and children. Where most Martial Arts schools instruct in either stand-up or ground techniques, EVOLVE Academy offers both. The combination of these two areas of focus has made our program one of the most effective and functional methods of martial arts training in the country.
